— it is not a warehouse and it will delay your refund. Start a return by email and we will send you
the correct return address with your authorisation.

What to include

For anything about an existing order, quote the order number from your confirmation email. For a
damaged parcel, attach a photograph of the outer packaging as well as the item — we need both for
the carrier claim and it is much harder to make afterwards. For a product question, tell us the plate
number and, if it helps, the door, room or appliance you are trying to cover.

Before you write about a specification

Every product page carries a specification table with the standard the item was tested to. If the
standard column shows a dash, that means no published standard applies and the description explains why.
We cannot tell you whether an item satisfies your local building code, because requirements vary by
state and municipality — what we can give you in writing is the standard it was tested to, which is
what an inspector will ask for.
