Terms of sale

Last updated 4 September 2026. These terms govern every purchase made through
guardianway.store. Please read them before you order. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who you are contracting with

Guardian Way is a brand of Guardian Way LLC, a limited liability company organised in
the State of Idaho, with its principal place of business at 4595 S Cinder Cove Ave, Meridian, ID
83642, United States. In these terms “we”, “us” and “Guardian Way”
mean that company, and “you” means the person placing the order. Our contact address for

2. Eligibility and accuracy of your details

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to order from us. We sell to
addresses within the United States only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address,
contact email and telephone number you give us. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was
wrong or incomplete, we will refund the goods but not the outbound shipping, and you are welcome to
reorder to a corrected address.

3. Prices, taxes and currency

All prices are shown in United States dollars and are the price payable for the goods. Where sales
tax applies it is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Prices can change, but the price
that binds us is the price displayed at the moment your order is accepted. If a product is listed at an
obviously incorrect price — a decimal error, for example — we may decline the order and will
tell you why and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at a price neither of us intended.

4. How an order is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not
when you receive the automatic order acknowledgement. Until that point we may decline an order —
for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot verify the payment or delivery details, or if we
believe the order is fraudulent. If we decline, you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card
number; card data is handled by the processor under its own security standards. If a payment is
subsequently reversed, charged back or otherwise fails after we have dispatched, we may recover the
amount due, including any fee the processor charges us for the reversal.

6. Delivery, risk and title

Delivery timescales are set out on our Shipping and delivery page and form
part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Title
passes when we have received payment in full. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees; we
are not liable for a carrier delay outside our control, though we will help you chase it.

7. Returns, cancellation and refunds

Our Returns and refunds policy sets out your rights in full, including the
30-day window, the condition goods must be in, who pays return shipping and how long a refund takes.
That policy forms part of these terms and is available to read before you pay. Nothing in it affects
your statutory rights.

8. Product information, standards and fitness

We publish the standard each product was tested to where one exists, and we state plainly where no
standard applies. That information is given in good faith and comes from the manufacturer’s published
documentation. It is not a warranty that a particular item is suitable for your specific building,
occupancy or code requirement. Building codes, landlord obligations and insurance requirements vary by
state and municipality and change over time. You are responsible for checking what applies to you, and
where a fitting requires a licensed trade in your jurisdiction, for using one.

Photographs are representative. Finishes, fixings and packaging can vary between manufacturing runs.
Where a variation would materially affect fit or function we will tell you before dispatch.

9. Warranty

Goods carry the manufacturer’s warranty stated on the product page or in the packaging. In addition,
we will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, as set out in
our Warranty and product standards page. Consumable items with a printed
expiry date — dressings, gel packs, batteries, water pouches — are warranted to arrive with a
reasonable remaining shelf life and no more.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our
negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be
limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid
for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising
from equipment that was not installed, maintained, tested or replaced in accordance with the
manufacturer’s instructions.

We want to be direct about the nature of what we sell. Safety equipment reduces risk. It does not
eliminate it, and it only works if it is fitted in the right place, tested, and replaced at the end of
its service life. Our published guidance is written to help with that and is not a substitute for a
professional assessment of your particular property.

11. Acceptable use of this website

You may not use this site in any way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation, attempts to
gain unauthorised access to it, or scrapes it systematically for commercial purposes. We may withdraw
access if you do.

12. Intellectual property

The text, photography, specification tables, drawings and layout of this site are our property or
used under licence. You may print or download material for your own reference. You may not republish it
commercially without our written permission.

13. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy
policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when your
order was accepted, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. A material
change will not be applied retroactively to an order already placed.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without
regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts sitting in Ada County, Idaho have
jurisdiction. If something has gone wrong, please write to legal@guardianway.store first — almost everything
is resolved that way, and faster.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue in force. These terms,
together with the shipping, returns, warranty and privacy pages they refer to, are the entire agreement
between us regarding your order.
