Front door hardware set, matched finish

A front door usually ends up with hardware bought at three different times in three slightly different finishes, which is the single most visible way a well-kept house looks neglected. This set is the entry handleset, a Grade 1 deadbolt, a 220° viewer and the reinforced strike, all in one finish and keyed alike.

Choose satin nickel, aged bronze or matte black at checkout. Fits standard 2-3/8 to 2-3/4 inch backset on 1-3/8 to 1-3/4 inch doors, either hand.

Fitting and care. Pick the finish for the whole set at checkout; matching later is not possible because finish batches vary. Check the bore centres on the existing door before ordering. Fit the strike reinforcement first, then the deadbolt, then the handleset, then the viewer last so you are not working around it. Do not over-tighten on a timber door in cold weather. Lubricate all cylinders annually with graphite or PTFE and keep a spare key off the premises rather than in anything outside the door.
